THE ASK

Volkswagen Anhui's first smart electric coupe SUV needed a market debut worthy of a landmark moment: one that would position Hefei as the birthplace of a new era of "Generation U" mobility, signal the arrival of the golden VW badge in China's NEV landscape, and create a memorable sensory experience that elevated the brand's profile while capturing strong media and influencer presence.

THE RESULT

ID. UNYX Launch Night transformed Swan Lake Citizen Square in Hefei into an immersive evening spectacle where 600 media, investors, and VIP guests journeyed through "The Uniqueness Journey"—a carefully sequenced guest flow that moved guests from a themed café and interactive showroom through a "Golden Room" of sensory installations (light sculptures, scent-synced LED screens, soundscape experiences), culminating in a grand stage reveal with AR city lighting show that turned Hefei's skyline into an animated backdrop. The event layered product storytelling (designer talk, technology features, driving dynamics) with premium moments (Pierre Marcolini custom chocolates, band and DJ performances, photo opportunities), positioning the new ID. UNYX as the embodiment of "Empowered Expressivity" for a young, affluent, design-conscious audience.
