THE ASK

Volkswagen China needed a standalone “ID. NIGHT” that could relaunch the ID. family in China and host the global world premiere of the ID.7, while clearly signaling the start of the brand’s Move Forward 2.0 / One Brand Initiative and its shift toward a pure electric, intelligent, and digitally led future for Chinese consumers.

THE RESULT

ID. NIGHT transformed The Bund International E Sports Cultural Center into a fully digital, hybrid brand show where 400 on site guests moved from an experiential welcome space—built around the four ID. pillars of sustainability, comfort, safety and smartness—into a main stage wrapped in full stage video mapping, naked eye 3D perspective projection, real time tracker generative content, lasers and panoramic audio. Across a tightly scripted night, executives, film content and live reveals built from the broader ID. family (ID.3, ID.4 CROZZ, ID.4 X, ID.6 CROZZ, ID.6 X, ID. Buzz, ID.5 GTX) up to the world premiere of the ID.7 as pure electric flagship sedan, turning a single evening into a “digital first” manifesto for Volkswagen’s electric era in China.
